Please note that since FellowMasters users can add your number to their address book and see if you registered on FellowMasters, the fact that your number exists on FellowMasters is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Policy.
If you send us information through the Services, then we may collect and store some or all of it in order to best serve your needs, in accordance with the Services we offer.
We may collect and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, when you choose to participate in various uses of the Services, such as registering as a user or updating your calendar / booking information you may be required to provide us Personal Information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, calendar events and/or allow access to your device’s address book.
In order to provide the Services, FellowMasters will periodically access your address book to indicate which of your contacts is already a FellowMasters user and correctly display the name of each contact when you create a new or alter existing booking.
We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may email you about your use of the Services. To answer your questions and requests as thoroughly as possible and to assist us with further development of the Services, we may keep a record of correspondence, telephone calls, online live chat communications or any other information that you choose to send to us.
In addition, whenever you interact with our Services, certain information may be automatically collected and recorded on our server logs including, but not limited to, the , the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, device identification, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, platform type and usage analytics.
We may use this data to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to improve our Services, and to create new features and services based on your usage patterns. For example, this data can provide us with demographic information, such as country of origin of our users; and it can also tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security, and information is transmitted via a secure Internet connection. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall- protected) servers.
You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and appropriately limiting access to your device. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee complete security.
Under the UK Data Protection Act you are entitled to access personal data held by FellowMasters about you. If you wish to access this please send your request together with a check for £10 Sterling payable to Fellow Masters Limited (to cover our administration costs in collating this information in accordance with the Act) as specified below.

If you’d like us to delete your account entirely (including all of your data), please contact us at privacy@fellowmasters.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Services to function properly.
