Fellow Masters Ltd (“FellowMasters” or “we”) recognises that its customers care about how their personal information is used and shared. We provide this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using our products and services including, but not limited to, our mobiles apps, our cloud-based services and our website located at fellowmasters.com (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy covers the treatment of user information, including personally identifying information, obtained by FellowMasters, including information obtained when you use the Services. If you do not agree to the practices outlined in this Policy, please do not use the Services. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), the data controller is FellowMasters.
Where we refer to “Personal Information” in this Policy we mean any information that may identify you as an individual, like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, as well as other non-public information that is associated with this personal information.
Please note that since FellowMasters users can add your number to their address book and see if you registered on FellowMasters, the fact that your number exists on FellowMasters is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Policy.
Collection of Information
If you send us information through the Services, then we may collect and store some or all of it in order to best serve your needs, in accordance with the Services we offer.
User Provided Information
We may collect and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, when you choose to participate in various uses of the Services, such as registering as a user or updating your calendar / booking information you may be required to provide us Personal Information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, calendar events and/or allow access to your device’s address book.
In order to provide the Services, FellowMasters will periodically access your address book to indicate which of your contacts is already a FellowMasters user and correctly display the name of each contact when you create a new or alter existing booking.
We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may email you about your use of the Services. To answer your questions and requests as thoroughly as possible and to assist us with further development of the Services, we may keep a record of correspondence, telephone calls, online live chat communications or any other information that you choose to send to us.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, whenever you interact with our Services, certain information may be automatically collected and recorded on our server logs including, but not limited to, the , the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, device identification, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, platform type and usage analytics.
We may use this data to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to improve our Services, and to create new features and services based on your usage patterns. For example, this data can provide us with demographic information, such as country of origin of our users; and it can also tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services.

- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- to our trusted service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary for the provision of the Services.
The following are the example of how we may share your Personal Information with trusted service providers:
- we may use third party companies in order to send you an authentication SMS when you register with us. In order to send you the SMS, we may send one of these third party companies your phone number and the authentication message.
- we may use Push Notification Services to notify you about various events related to the Services. If we do, the phone number or the name of the person sending you a message may be part of the notification. This message is sent to the push notification service provider, for delivery to your device.
Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@fellowmasters.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Data Security
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security, and information is transmitted via a secure Internet connection. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall- protected) servers.
You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and appropriately limiting access to your device. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee complete security.
Your rights
Under the UK Data Protection Act you are entitled to access personal data held by FellowMasters about you. If you wish to access this please send your request together with a check for £10 Sterling payable to Fellow Masters Limited (to cover our administration costs in collating this information in accordance with the Act) as specified below.

If you’d like us to delete your account entirely (including all of your data), please contact us at privacy@fellowmasters.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Services to function properly.

This Policy may be periodically revised. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to this Policy and any amendments.
If FellowMasters is involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of all or portion of its assets, you will be notified (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your account and/or prominent notice on our website) of change in ownership or uses of information from or about its users, as well as any choices you may have in that event.
